Enrolment Documents

The following documentation will be required at enrolment along with the enrolment form:

1. Child’s birth certificate or passport.
2. Your child's residency/visa documentation.
3. Proof of address (required for In-Zone applications) – tenancy agreement, power bill, water bill or council rates bill.
